      It is allowed because you probably aren’t paying much rent. Find you a better place because there are lots out there.

      Yes, it legally is a heat source and is allowed.

      You should buy yourself some room heaters if it is not sufficient. Also, you can get a fan attached, it makes a huge difference.

      The tenant landlord may be cause for action since furnace is an acceptable heating not ac the act it should be in the current lease agreement in place.

      First thing you rented it that way and a wood stove is considered a heat source.
