      The fireplace insert is what you want it actually fits into the firebox and home type stores carry them also.
      The fireplace insert is what you want it actually fits into the firebox and works like stove would have to sit out in front of the firebox and home type stores carry them also lowes in season.

      Try a buck’s stove. I have one but don’t use it because we had to flu up and outside with a tall pipe and when you get a back draft you end up with smoke in your house because we do not have a fireplace. tc, Jo
