How to find a wood stove model/maker?

I have recently inherited a wood stove. I am looking to find the model number or maker of the stove. I have searched all over front back, top and bottom for any clues. All I can find are numbers on the inside of the door, they are different and they are 778020 and 778019. Would anyone be able to help me figure out atleast how to find who the maker of the stove is?
