There are tons of them around. They burn well in a charcoal bbq. I wonder if they can be used in a high efficiency wood stove? I’ve seen stoves which burn corn, so that got me wondering.

      My wood stove be careful with walnuts dont put too many in at time and dont put too many in at time and could get out of stuff in at time and dont put too many in at time and could get out of stuff in at time and dont leave them unatended very long they burn.

      I don’t really know. I’d be willing to bet those outdoor stoves would be able to handle them. You can burn anything in those things, even garbage!

      I hope you get some good answers because if you can, I’m going to try it! I’ve got plenty of those black walnuts around, but never thought aobut burning them in the woodstove!

      don’t see why not. i burn hickory nuts and acorns and pine cones in mine.
